The 3-Day AI Wellness Practice Challenge

Welcome. Let's build your practice brain.

This is your portal. Everything you need for the next three days lives on this page. The instructions, the prompts, the exact steps. Do Day 1 today. Day 2 tomorrow. Day 3 the day after. By the end, you'll have three AI systems working in your practice.

Here's how this works.
01

Work through one day at a time.

Each day has steps and prompts. Do them in order. Don't skip ahead. 30 to 60 minutes per day is all it takes.

02

Copy the prompts into Claude.

Every prompt has a copy button. Click it, paste into Claude, follow the flow. No typing from scratch.

03

Finish Day 3. Decide about CORE.

If what you build makes you want more, CORE is waiting. If not, you keep everything you built. Free is free.

Before You Start

Three things to have ready before Day 1.

  • i.
A Claude Pro account. We use Claude (not ChatGPT) for a reason. The Projects feature is what makes your philosophy stick. If you don't have Pro yet, grab it at claude.ai/upgrade. $20 a month. You'll make that back the first time you use what you build here.
  • ii.
30 to 60 uninterrupted minutes. Don't try to do this between patients. Pick a quiet block. Your brain needs to actually think.
  • iii.
A note-taking tool you trust. You'll want to save outputs as you go. Apple Notes, Notion, Google Docs, a Word file. Pick your fighter.

Quick start: how to create a project in Claude

  1. Go to claude.ai and sign in
  2. Click Projects in the left sidebar
  3. Click Create Project and name it "[Your Practice Name] Clinical Brain"
  4. You'll see a space for custom instructions. That's where your philosophy goes in Day 1.
  5. Any chat you start INSIDE the project will remember your philosophy. That's the point.
01
Day One ยท The Clinical Brain

Your voice. Your framework. Loaded in.

Today you build the foundation everything else sits on.
Time: 30 to 45 min You'll end with: A clinical AI that sounds like you Prompts: 2
Tap to open Day 01
+
Today you're going to do something most dentists never do. You're going to put your clinical philosophy on paper. Then you're going to hand it to an AI that holds it for you forever. This is the 10% of the Protocol Method. You prescribe. Let's go.
Step 01
Create your Clinical Brain project.

Open Claude. Click Projects in the left sidebar. Click Create Project.

  • Name it: "[Your Practice Name] Clinical Brain"
  • Description: "My clinical philosophy, voice, and approach to wellness dentistry. Trained on me."

Leave the custom instructions blank for now. We'll fill them in at Step 03.

Step 02
Extract your philosophy.

Most dentists have never written down what they actually believe. That's what this prompt fixes. Open a new chat inside your Clinical Brain project. Paste this prompt in. Claude will interview you, one question at a time.

Pro Tip
Answer like you're talking to a trusted colleague. Not a marketing consultant. Honest beats polished every time.
Prompt 01 ยท Day 1
The Clinical Philosophy Extractor
You are a wellness dentistry consultant interviewing me. Your job is to help me articulate my clinical philosophy so I can use it to train my own AI practice partner. Ask me 10 questions, ONE AT A TIME. Wait for my answer before asking the next one. Your questions should cover: 1. Why I became a dentist and what shifted me toward wellness 2. My core beliefs about the mouth-body connection 3. How I approach diagnosis differently than a conventional dentist 4. My stance on common materials (mercury, fluoride, root canals, metal crowns) 5. What I refuse to do in my practice, and why 6. How I talk to patients about cost and investment 7. What I want patients to feel when they leave my practice 8. My "why" that I don't usually say out loud 9. The biggest blind spot in conventional dentistry I wish more patients understood 10. The patient I love serving the most and why After I answer all 10, synthesize my responses into a 500-word Clinical Philosophy Statement. Write it in FIRST PERSON, in MY voice. Don't soften it. Don't make it generic. Keep the specificity and edge of how I actually answered.
Step 03
Load your philosophy into the project.

Copy the 500-word Clinical Philosophy Statement Claude just generated. Save it somewhere first (Notes, Notion, wherever). You'll want the original.

Now go back to your Clinical Brain project. Click Edit project details (or the settings gear, depending on your version). Find the Custom Instructions field. Paste your philosophy in.

That's it. Your AI now knows who you are as a dentist. Every chat you start in this project from now on will draw from that philosophy.

Step 04
Test your AI's voice.

Start a new chat inside the project. Run this prompt. If the response sounds like a LinkedIn post, your philosophy isn't specific enough. Go back to Step 2 and add more texture.

Prompt 02 ยท Day 1
The Voice Validator
Using my Clinical Philosophy Statement, answer the following patient question the way I would answer it: "Why do you charge more than the dentist down the street?" Rules: - Warm, honest, direct - Do NOT apologize for the fees - Do NOT oversell wellness - Frame the investment as an investment in the body, not just teeth - 150 words max - Write in FIRST PERSON, my voice - Do not use buzzwords like "holistic journey" or "optimal wellness" If the response sounds generic or salesy, rewrite it more honest and specific before showing me.

Read the output. Does it sound like you? If yes, you're done with Day 1. If not, tweak your philosophy and try again.

Day 01 Complete

Your Clinical Brain is live.

You just built the foundation. Come back tomorrow for Day 2 and we'll turn your Clinical Brain into a case acceptance machine.

02
Day Two ยท The Case Acceptance Machine

The piece you came to Miami for.

Case acceptance, through a wellness lens.
Time: 45 to 60 min You'll end with: A consult system tuned to your cases Prompts: 4
Tap to open Day 02
+
Yesterday your AI learned your voice. Today it learns how to win cases. We build the consult framework, the objection library, the pre-visit warm-up, and the post-consult follow-up. All of it runs in the same Clinical Brain project. This is the part that pays for itself the first time you use it.
Step 01
Generate your consult framework.

Open a new chat inside your Clinical Brain project (do not start a new project, the philosophy needs to be loaded). Run this prompt.

Prompt 03 ยท Day 2
The Wellness Consult Framework
Using my Clinical Philosophy Statement, build me a 7-step consult framework for presenting a wellness case to a new patient. For each step, give me: - The GOAL of the step (one sentence) - 2 to 3 example TALKING POINTS in my voice - One TRANSITION line that leads to the next step Keep language warm and direct. Not salesy. Frame every step around patient health outcomes, not procedures. The 7 steps should flow in this order: 1. Greeting and set the tone 2. Understand their "why" for coming in 3. Present findings without overwhelming 4. Connect findings to whole-body health 5. Present the plan in wellness language 6. Present the investment 7. Invitation to move forward (no pressure close) Format as a reusable framework I can use for every new patient consult.

Save the output. This is your consult structure from now on. You'll refine it over time.

Step 02
Build your objection library.

Objections aren't problems. They're fears wearing different clothes. This prompt trains your AI to identify the fear and respond to it, not to the surface objection.

Prompt 04 ยท Day 2
The Objection Reframer
Here are 5 common patient objections to a wellness treatment plan. For each one: 1. Identify the REAL fear underneath the surface objection 2. Write a reframed response IN MY VOICE that addresses the underlying concern 3. Do not argue with the surface objection 4. Do not apologize for the cost or the treatment 5. Keep each response under 80 words The 5 objections: 1. "It's too expensive." 2. "I need to talk to my spouse." 3. "My insurance doesn't cover this." 4. "Can we do it in stages?" 5. "I want to get a second opinion." Output format for each one: - OBJECTION: [the surface objection] - UNDERLYING FEAR: [what they're actually afraid of] - MY RESPONSE: [the reframed response in my voice] This becomes my objection library I use with my treatment coordinator and front desk.
Step 03
Pre-visit patient warm-up.

The consult starts before they sit in your chair. This prompt builds the SMS that primes them to arrive open, not anxious.

Prompt 05 ยท Day 2
The Pre-Visit Warm-Up
Write me a pre-visit SMS for a new patient who just booked a wellness consult. I'll send this the day before their appointment. Rules: - 2 to 3 sentences maximum - Warm, direct, sets the tone for a different kind of dental visit - Include ONE question that gets them thinking about their "why" for coming in - No emojis - Sign from "Dr. [my name] and the team" Goal: reduce pre-appointment anxiety AND prime them to arrive engaged and open. Give me 3 variations I can choose from.
Step 04
Post-consult follow-up.

Patients who say "I need to think about it" don't always come back. This is the email that brings them back without sounding desperate.

Pro Tip
The goal of a follow-up is never to close the case. It's to remind them of their why. The close takes care of itself.
Prompt 06 ยท Day 2
The Post-Consult Follow-Up
Write me a post-consult follow-up email for a patient who saw a full treatment plan today but didn't schedule. Rules: - Zero pressure - Addresses the elephant in the room (the investment) WITHOUT quoting the number - Reminds them of their "why" (I'll fill in the specific "why" they shared at the consult) - Gives them ONE easy next step (reply with a word, text back, book a follow-up call) - Maximum 150 words - Signed by me - Use [PATIENT_WHY] as a placeholder where I insert what they shared Do not sound desperate. Do not sound salesy. Sound like a dentist who actually cares whether they move forward with their health.
Day 02 Complete

Your Case Acceptance Machine is running.

Consult framework, objection library, pre-visit, post-visit. All four parts, all in your voice. Come back tomorrow for Day 3 and we turn your Clinical Brain into a team brain.

03
Day Three ยท The Team Brain

The one that buys your life back.

Your thinking, distributed to your whole team.
Time: 45 to 60 min You'll end with: Role-specific AI scripts for your team Prompts: 3
Tap to open Day 03
+
Today is the one that changes your life. Today you build a brain for your team. Your hygienists, your TC, your front desk. Everything you've explained for the tenth time, loaded into a system they can actually access. And you get your focus back.
Step 01
Create your Team Brain project.

We're making a second project today. Different purpose, different audience. Same philosophy underneath.

Go back to Projects in Claude. Create a new one called "[Your Practice Name] Team Brain".

In the custom instructions, paste your Clinical Philosophy Statement from Day 1 PLUS this line at the top:

  • "This project is for my team members. Respond in my voice but with clarity any team member can act on. Always assume the user is a team member asking for help with their role."
Step 02
Build the hygienist script.

The end of a cleaning is the most under-used 60 seconds in dentistry. This prompt turns it into the highest-leverage moment of the whole patient experience.

Prompt 07 ยท Day 3
The Hygienist Transition Script
Build me a 60-second end-of-cleaning script my hygienist can use to transition a patient from "cleaning mode" into "wellness consult mode" with me. Rules: - Her voice, but aligned with my wellness philosophy - Frame everything through biology and whole-body health, NOT sales - Reference something specific she would have noticed during the cleaning (inflammation, wear patterns, previous work showing breakdown) - End with a question that tees up a consult without pressure - Include simple stage directions where helpful (while rinsing, handing mirror, etc.) Output: the full script she would say, word for word. Make it feel natural for her to deliver, not like a sales pitch she's reading.
Step 03
Build the treatment coordinator prep.

Great consults are won the night before, not in the room. This prompt gives your TC a template she can fill out for every new patient.

Prompt 08 ยท Day 3
The Treatment Coordinator Prep Sheet
Build me a pre-consult prep sheet my treatment coordinator can fill out the night before a new patient wellness consult. The sheet should include: 1. PATIENT BACKGROUND: 3 to 5 things to review from their intake 2. ANTICIPATED OBJECTIONS: the 2 most likely objections this patient will raise, based on my philosophy and common patterns 3. WELLNESS THEMES TO EMPHASIZE: 2 specific wellness angles to lead with based on their intake 4. PERSONAL TOUCH: 1 specific detail about this patient the TC should remember and weave in 5. PRE-CONSULT HUDDLE QUESTION: one question the TC asks me 5 minutes before the consult Format as a reusable template. The TC fills in the specifics. The categories and prompts stay the same. Output the template exactly as she would use it.
Step 04
Build the front desk phone script.

When a prospective patient calls and asks the price, most practices lose them in the first 30 seconds. This prompt gets them booked instead.

Pro Tip
The phone is a booking tool, not a pricing hotline. The price conversation happens in your consult, with your photography, in your voice. Not over a phone with someone who hasn't met you.
Prompt 09 ยท Day 3
The Front Desk Phone Script
Build me a 30-second front desk phone script for answering the question "How much does a wellness consult cost?" Rules: - Do NOT quote a price and close the call - The goal is to get them to BOOK the consult, not to justify the fee over the phone - Warm, direct, positions the consult as an investment of their TIME (not transactional) - Include ONE qualifying question to ask back - End with a clear next step (offering two specific appointment times) - Written in my voice, delivered by the front desk person Output: the exact words the front desk person says, word for word, including their response to common pushback ("I just want to know the price"). Give me the main script plus one short follow-up for the pushback.
